Finance Assistant (E-commerce | MYOB Preferred)

Benefits Summary:

• Basic up $5000 + AWS + VB

• 5 Days work week, office hours

• Location: Jurong East Area Job

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries using MYOB

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP) and perform reconciliations

• Handle e-commerce related accounting, including order records, platform settlements, and payment reconciliations • Issue invoices and follow up on payments and collections

• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

• Liaise with external accountants and internal teams (operations, sales, etc.)

• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MYOB is highly preferred

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (negotiable)

• Proficient in Excel, detail-oriented and responsible

• Prior experience in an E-commerce company is a strong advantage
