Executive/Senior Executive, E-commerce Marketing (YSG)

Description
This role supports marketing, branding, and performance initiatives across YSG’s e-commerce channels, including the YSG platform and Shopee / Lazada stores. The role works closely with internal and external teams to deliver effective communications, campaigns, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Communications & Branding
Support marketing communications across YSG digital channels, including EDMs, campaign messaging, and content coordination
Work with creative teams on visual assets, copy, and campaign materials
Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints
Manage and maintain YSG social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), including content planning, posting, and basic community management
Coordinate with internal teams and partners on campaign content and announcements
Performance Marketing
Support performance initiatives across Shopee and Lazada stores, including keyword search ads, CPAS, affiliate programmes, and other marketplace ad placements
Support paid media execution across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other offsite channels
Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and traffic
Track, analyse, and consolidate performance data across channels, providing insights and reports to guide optimisation and decision-making
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada advertising tools (CPAS, affiliates, keyword optimisation)
Experience managing Google Ads and marketplace performance campaigns
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Able to balance branding, communications, and performance objectives
