Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of eCommerce campaigns, including promotions, vouchers, and sales events.
- Assist in influencer, affiliate, and marketing partnerships, including coordination, execution, and performance tracking.
- Support social media content planning and posting across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Execute CRM and EDM campaigns, including emails, push notifications, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with offline activations such as IT Shows, roadshows, and pop-up events when required.
- Support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Requirements

Education: Work-Study Diploma, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. - 0–2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales support (internship or project experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and eCommerce operations.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking.
- Good coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary & Work Arrangement

Monthly Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 -
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work From Home 1 day per week)
