Description
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of eCommerce campaigns, including promotions, vouchers, and sales events.
Assist in influencer, affiliate, and marketing partnerships, including coordination, execution, and performance tracking.
Support social media content planning and posting across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Execute CRM and EDM campaigns, including emails, push notifications, and customer engagement initiatives.
Assist with offline activations such as IT Shows, roadshows, and pop-up events when required.
Support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Requirements
Education: Work-Study Diploma, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales support (internship or project experience is acceptable).
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and eCommerce operations.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking.
Good coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary & Work Arrangement
Monthly Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work From Home 1 day per week)
