Description

The Executive, Marcom plays a key role in developing and delivering marketing communication strategies that support product launches, brand campaigns, distributor engagement, and overall business growth. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, community-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

Distributor & Field Communication

  • Support communications to the distributor network, including announcements, product education, events and training collaterals, and marketing materials such as brochures, newsletter, and marketing campaign collaterals ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Conduct product photoshoots and edit images to enhance quality and visual appeal.

  • Assist in preparing distributor toolkits, product FAQs, training materials, and presentation decks.

  • Gather feedback from distributors to enhance communication effectiveness,

Events & Activation Support

  • Coordinate marketing support for key events including product launches, conventions, incentives trips and training workshops.

  • Oversee branding materials, event communications, and logistics for promotional activities.

  • Support livestreams, webinars, and virtual presentations as needed

Marketing Agency Management

  • Coordinate with agencies to manage social media platforms and manage KOL activations to maximize brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design or related field

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels

  • Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing

  • Experience with campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategies, PR/KOL coordination and event support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with internal teams, and external partners/agencies

  • Strong Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Proactive, flexible and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in direct selling or distributor communications is a plus
