Description
The Executive – eCommerce will support in managing the ecommerce marketplace operations for our
brand, as well as planning and execution of marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support in managing Omron Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E-Shop, TikTok)
- Support to manage the promotional pricing and assortment strategy and controlling of A&P budget.
- Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc
- Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans
- Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce sales
- Work with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and consumer experience
Job Requirements
- Degree in related field
- Strong negotiation skill to liaise with marketplace platforms.
- Able to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller Centres.
- Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Possess strong attention to details, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, has a positive attitude and is a team player.
- Understand the entire Ecommerce matrix and process flow.
- Ability to work in tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment.
