Job objective
To support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia and China. This role will assist in driving digital projects that improve customer experience, internal operations, and digital product offerings.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of digital projects, including but not limited to platform development, digital tools deployment, and internal process digitization.

  • Independently execute small-scale digital projects or workstreams, with guidance from senior team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional affiliates to understand local needs and align on digital solutions.

  • Track and report on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

  • Assist in training and communication related to digital tools and platforms.

  • Monitor trends and innovations in digital technology and assess potential applications for the business.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of digital customer experience across platforms through structured feedback and analysis.

  • Act as administrator for selected internal digital platforms, including user management, configuration updates, and content maintenance.


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital project coordination, business requirement gathering, e-commerce platforms, or digital business operations

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms (web, mobile, AI, analytics tools, etc.)

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Technically curious and able to bridge between business needs and technical requirements

  • Proficiency in spoken and/or written another Asian language, e.g Mandarin is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project coordination, workshops, field studies or stakeholder meetings

  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across cultures

  • Passion for digital innovation, emerging tech, and user-centered design

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project scopes or business needs
