While you may not have direct event experience, we’re off to a good start if you think you’re someone who takes pride in your work, care to think beyond and is objective driven.

We’re Hiring: Executive, Commercial Operations and Marketing

You play a key role in crafting and delivering a premium event experience for thousands of participants. We are looking for a creative and energetic Commercial Operations and Marketing Executive to join our team. If you are digitally savvy, organised, and have a flair for content marketing and basic design, this role is for you. You’ll be at the forefront of boosting our brand’s online presences and supporting event branding. From managing social media and our website to assisting with event sponsorship and handling simple design, you’ll be a key member of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

A. Event Branding and Sponsorship

• Assist in developing and executing event branding strategies and materials to maximize brand exposure.

• Support sponsorship initiatives by managing sponsor relationship, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment with partners brands.

• Assisting with timely execution of event branding and program plans.

• Supervising on-site setup and tear-down activities with suppliers to maintain branding and commercial elements.


B. Digital Content Marketing & Social Media Management

• Develop and execute engaging content for digital platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.

• Utilize analytics to optimize content and ensure engagement aligns with marketing goals

• Monitor and manage daily comments and interactions across event social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to foster community engagement.

• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance audience engagement

• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to adjust content strategies for continuous improvement.


C. Corporate Website and Social Media Maintenance

• Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

• Develop a consistent schedule for social media post, website updates and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.


D. Design and Creative Support

• Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency.

• Utilize design software (eg, Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templats of create simple graphic assets for marketing use.


E. Additional Support

• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

A. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for documentation and presentation.

• Familiarity with website content management system such as WordPress.

• Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop)

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

• Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and social Media Analytics will be an advantage


B. Personal Attributes

• Dedicate, self-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving successful event outcomes.

• An individual who takes pride in their work (as the rest of us strongly do), cares to think beyond and is very objective driven will be a strong plus.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems under pressure.

• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve project goals.

• High attention to details, timeline management, and organisational skills.

• Ability to stay adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.

• Comfortable working outdoors, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. (Off-in-lieu will be given accordingly)

• Passionate about events and excited to grow in the industry.
