Job description:
Job Summary
Provide timely, accurate and reliable claims information to our clients and business units.
General Responsibilities- Ensure claimable expenses are billed to clients correctly within specific deadline.
- Reconciliation of clients' accounts.
- Monitoring account details for non-payment and other irregularities.
- Investigate and resolve queries.
- Lead the team in achieving monthly KPIs, including the review of L and J balances at month-end.
- Provide guidance to the team in resolving internal conflicts and addressing issues with Business Units (BUs).
- Support team members in addressing queries raised by clients and BUs.
- Represent the Claims team in monthly AR KPI meetings and quarterly roll calls.
- Step up in engaging and managing key stakeholders, including clients, Business Units, and internal departments, to build trust and ensure alignment.
For Senior Executive
- Act as a role model within the team by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, and step in as a point of contact in the Claims Manager's absence when needed.
- Drive automation and process improvements through the use of AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and ERP system enhancements.
- Take the lead on new projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Skills and knowledge:
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP - preferred
Soft skills:
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Language proficiency - English and preferably Mandarin
- Positive attitude
Behavioral traits:
- Spontaneous and ability to accept new roles and responsibilities
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A' Level
Work experience:
- For Executive
- At least 1 year work experienced in AR, collections or credit control
- Senior Executive
- At least 3 year work experienced in AR, collections or credit control
