Job Title: Executive (Brand & Business Development)
Duration: 6-month contract
Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 per month
Location: West (beside MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of business and portfolio strategies to drive growth and achieve commercial targets.
Track and analyse performance of products and initiatives within the assigned portfolio.
Support brand-level commercial and marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and category-level activities.
Assist in planning and executing campaigns and category initiatives using consumer research, insights, and market trends.
Coordinate in-store activations such as sampling, roadshows, events, and merchandising activities.
Support category management to understand and apply key commercial levers that drive sales growth.
Conduct data analysis on trade initiatives to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities by category and channel.
Support end-to-end packaging artwork development, working closely with suppliers from concept to final artwork.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and channel partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline.
Strong interest in supermarket grocery products and FMCG brands.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Keen to gain hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, from conceptualisation to implementation.
Interest in end-to-end packaging development and working with suppliers.
Confident communicator, able to present initiatives to store managers and stakeholders to gain buy-in.
Self-driven, resilient, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
