We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive / Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team. This role is integral in driving shopper engagement, strengthening brand presence, and delivering impactful digital and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Outcomes
Drive quality footfall, enhance brand awareness, achieve higher public relations value, and generate repeat spending
Build strong relationships with tenants, partners, agencies, and key stakeholders
Plan, monitor, and manage marketing budgets, including preparation of internal reports
Digital & Social Media
Plan and develop digital creative assets and content across all platforms, including websites, interactive directories, mobile applications, e-newsletters, and social media
Develop innovative and immersive content formats (e.g., Augmented Reality, Hyper-Reality) to enhance shopper and member engagement
Craft and execute holistic content strategies across key digital and social media channels
Plan and implement integrated online and offline campaigns with a focus on member conversion and mobile app adoption
Collaborate with social media agencies, tenants, business partners, and influencers to drive impactful campaigns
Leverage digital analytics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize performance
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and translate them into effective content strategies
Develop and execute robust social media communication plans for key launches and seasonal campaigns
Communications
Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance brand equity and maximize media value across both traditional and digital platforms
Serve as a brand guardian to ensure consistency and integrity across all communications
Foster strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to deliver highly engaging and effective media plans
Seasonal Campaigns
Plan and execute key campaigns and promotional activities to drive shopper engagement
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including concept development, creative production, media planning, and communications strategy
Requirements
Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, event management in a retail industry preferred
Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools
Creative, strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Fast and independent worker with strong organizational ability with attention to details
