Position Summary

12 Months Fixed Term Contract (with potential for conversion to permanent)

This role ensures uninterrupted leadership across Tribbe’s marketing and client functions. You will manage integrated marketing for experiential events while leading project timelines, client relationships, and internal alignment. You will supervise Branding and Programming Associates to maintain team continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Lead event marketing strategy and execution.

-       Manage clients across scope, expectations, timelines, and budgets.

-       Align creative, ops, and HR teams for unified execution.

-       Guide and develop junior associates.

-       Oversee vendors, budgets, and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

-       5+ years in event marketing or lifecycle project management.

-       Ability to lead teams and juggle creative + operational tasks.

-       Strong client handling and communication skills.

-       Knowledge of trends and consumer engagement.

-       Proficiency in tools such as Canva/ digital platforms.
