Entry Level - Marketing & Sales Support Assistant

• Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Central (Walking distance from MRT)

• Working days: Monday - Friday

• Working hours: 10.00 am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain customer leads and records in the CRM system

• Liaise with customers regarding events, seminars, and marketing activities

• Assist in planning and organizing team meetings and team-building activities

• Prepare and update monthly customer portfolio reports

• Manage daily correspondence and follow-ups with customers

• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content and basic design using Canva

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Training provided for those without/with lesser experience
