Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant (Customize Gift)

Roles & Responsibilities

We're Singapore based personalised gifting company specializing in custom-printed products and curated gift sets. Under the operation execution team, you will in charge of the daily operation required hand craft and printing & customization of gift production.

• Full time (5.5 days work week)


• Sunday - Friday( 830AM-530PM, Sunday will be 130PM-530PM)


• Aircondition Environment

• Experience in warehouse, e-commerce, printing, or operations preferred.


• Experience with engraving or UV printing machines is a plus.


• Detail-oriented and able to check names, designs, and order details accurately.


• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic inventory or stock management knowledge is a plus.

• Assist with daily engraving, UV printing, and warehouse operations.


• Prepare products and check order details before customization.


• Operate or assist with engraving and UV printing machines.


• Check finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.


• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.


• Coordinate with printing, packing, and customer service teams.


• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
