As our eCommerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day eCommerce sales operation for Castlery’s new sub-brand across multiple marketplace channels which the brand is present in.
What you'll be doing:
Understanding the dynamics of eCommerce Marketplace
Implementing sales strategy to hit monthly sales target
Plan & execute campaigns’ strategies on multiple marketplace platforms
Measure and analyze onsite activity with data driven insights and work closely with marketing & creative team to drive continuous improvement.
Generate data-driven commercial insights from on-platform advertising metrics
Continuous learning of marketplace initiatives and improve current processes
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
A minimum of 1 year experience in eCommerce sales or relevant internship experiences
Experience and knowledge in US eCommerce marketplace channel would be advantageous
Strong communication & organizational skills and IT fluency.
Possess strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen
Proficient in excel to navigate data
