Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated intern to support the daily operations and improvement of our e-commerce website. This internship is ideal for students interested in e-commerce, online business, website management, and digital platforms such as WooCommerce.

You will gain hands-on experience working on real e-commerce operations, improving website performance, and supporting system enhancements that directly impact customer experience and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating products, content, and information on the e-commerce website (WooCommerce)

• Support website testing to ensure pages, checkout process, and features work properly

• Help identify and report website issues or improvement opportunities

• Assist in improving user experience (UX) and customer journey flow

• Analyse basic sales and website data to identify trends and insights

• Conduct simple competitor and market research on e-commerce best practices

• Support setup and integration of basic tools such as analytics or CRM systems

• Document issues, fixes, and updates for internal tracking

What You Will Learn

• Hands-on experience managing a real e-commerce platform

• Understanding of how online stores operate behind the scenes

• Exposure to website testing, UX improvement, and digital operations

• Practical experience using tools such as WooCommerce and Google Analytics

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Information Technology, Business IT, E-Commerce, or related fields

• Interested in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online business operations

• Basic understanding of websites or online platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets is preferred

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills
