We’re looking for someone to grow with us on our online sales and isn’t shy on camera, and enjoys interacting with customers.
🔹 What You’ll Do
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store and local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, RedMart & NTUC)
- Coordinate with Account Managers to execute platform campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor basic ad performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements
- Most important; Plan, organize, and manage live selling events. Host and participate in livestream sessions (required)
Social Media Support (Secondary Role)
- Appear in content filming when required
- Assist in basic video editing (e.g., cutting live session highlights for social posting)
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
Experience managing Shopify and/or local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop preferred)t
Confident and comfortable doing live streaming
Basic understanding of advertisement performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.)
Organised, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven
✨ Bonus Skills
Experience with Facebook / Meta Ads
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Experience working with influencers or live sellers
