Ecommerce Executive / Account Management
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Ubi
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3800

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between eCommerce platforms, brands, and internal teams to drive sales and online store growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with platforms and brands, securing deals such as rebates, subsidies, and promotions.

• Plan, execute, and optimize platform campaigns, digital marketing, and promotions.

• Conduct sales forecasting, monitor KPIs (conversion, AOV, ROAS), and analyze competitor and market trends.

• Coordinate promotions with PMs, marketing, and brand partners, ensuring alignment with platform objectives.

• Manage claims for sell-out and marketing investments with vendors.

• Support back-end operations, supervise warehousing/fulfilment, and monitor returns and refunds.

• Take ownership of campaign performance and brand growth, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to major eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)

• Familiar with campaign-based selling environments (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, flash sales, platform vouchers)

• Good communication and coordination skills
