The Opportunity

• I am supporting my client from the Healthcare MNC space and they are hiring an ambitious individual to join the eCommerce Team, to drive revenue growth across eCommerce marketplaces
• Location: Alexandra Area
• Mon - Fri: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3900
• 6 months contract

The Talent

• Strong negotiation skills for marketplace platform liaison.
• Experience managing daily order flow and operating Seller Centres.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; positive team player.
• Understanding of e-commerce processes and workflows.

Job Description

• Manage e-commerce sales channels across major marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
• Support promotional pricing, assortment strategy, and A&P budget control.
• Forecast, measure, and report key e-commerce metrics (GMV, orders, average order value, discounts).
• Collaborate with content team to set up product listings and shop-in-shop designs aligned with marketing plans.
• Ensure timely execution of promotions and campaign calendar alignment across marketplaces.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive e-commerce sales.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment and excellent consumer experience.
