<p>The E-Commerce Executive plays a key role in driving online sales growth and enhancing customer engagement across brand.com and other digital sales platforms. Responsibilities include expanding sales channels, driving customer acquisition, managing daily eCommerce operations, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing average order value. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and cross-border expansion.<br /><br /><strong>KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong><em>E-Commerce (Digital Sales & Channel Management) </em></strong></p><p>· Drive daily operations on brand.com by managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to attract customers, improve conversion rates, and grow average order value.</p><p>· Dive deep into site analytics and heatmaps to spot opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations that elevate user experience and sales performance.</p><p>· Partner closely with marketing to design and execute campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, maximize conversions at every touchpoint, and build long-term loyalty.</p><p>· Lead growth on social commerce and affiliate marketing by driving impactful promotions and building strong partner relationships. Continuously explore and develop new online sales channels to expand our global footprint.</p><p>· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless cross-border expansion, including localizing content, streamlining fulfilment, and testing innovative digital commerce models like group-buying and subscriptions.</p><p><strong><em>Email Marketing & CRM </em></strong></p><p>· Develop and implement email marketing strategies focused on acquiring new leads, nurturing prospects, and retaining customers across multiple markets.</p><p>· Create segmented email campaigns and automated workflows tailored to customer lifecycle stages, regional differences, and promotional schedules.</p><p>· Monitor key email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.</p><p><strong><em>Cross-Functional Collaboration</em></strong></p><p>· Collaborate closely with marketing to maintain consistent branding, messaging, and a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.</p><p>· Work with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and excellent post-purchase support.<br /></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><p>· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, eCommerce, or a related field.</p><p><strong>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>· 1 to 2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online sales, preferably with exposure to brand.com management and social commerce platforms.</p><p>· Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmap tools) to analyze user behavior and drive site optimizations.</p><p>· Hands-on experience in email marketing platforms and CRM systems for campaign management and customer segmentation.</p><p>· Familiarity with social commerce channels such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and Facebook Shop.</p><p>· Ability to manage affiliate marketing programs or partner relationships is a plus.</p><p>· Knowledge of AI tools to support digital marketing, content optimization, or data analysis will be an advantage.</p><p>· Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and geographies.</p><p>· Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.</p>
