ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally strong Ecommerce Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing our marketplace storefronts across multiple platforms, handling day-to-day ecommerce operations, and supporting CRM programme execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketplace Management
• Manage and maintain storefronts across multiple marketplace platforms (Shopee and Lazada).
• Create, update, and optimise product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes to maximise visibility and conversion.
• Set up and manage discounts, vouchers, and promotional mechanics across all marketplace platforms.
• Plan and execute in-platform marketplace campaigns, including participation in platform-wide sales events (e.g. 11.11, 12.12).
• Build and maintain campaign landing pages within each marketplace to support promotional activities.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers and respond to platform updates or policy changes in a timely manner.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and stock availability are accurate and up to date across all storefronts.
Ecommerce Operations
• Ensure daily order processing is completed accurately and on time by coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Perform daily stock transfer processing within the internal system.
• Key in marketplace sales data into the internal system accurately and in a timely manner to ensure sales records are reconciled.
• Process return and refund requests for marketplace and website orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee monthly stock transfer reconciliation to ensure all records tally correctly by month end.
• Identify and escalate operational issues or discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders.
CRM Programme
• Support the execution of CRM initiatives including member segmentation, campaign setup, and communications.
• Manage customer data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with data protection requirements.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of CRM-driven campaigns such as loyalty rewards, member promotions, and re-engagement activities.
• Track and report on CRM programme performance, including member growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and lifetime value through CRM.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager and Senior Ecommerce Executive on assigned tasks and group projects.
• Maintain open and proactive communication within the ecommerce team and cross-functional departments.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an ecommerce, marketplace, or digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience managing storefronts on Shopee and/or Lazada.
• Experience with a CRM platform is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in marketplace seller portals (Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
• Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, especially for product listings, stock reconciliation, and order accuracy.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate into actions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
