About this TeamWhat's the team function?E-commerce Strategy team is responsible for:<ul><li>Oversee entire Profit and Loss of online stores presence on Shopee , Lazada, Amazon and TikTok.</li><li>Managing all online sales campaign, promotion and pricing, and branding for DASHER stores as well as all other Brand stores.</li></ul> DISCLAIMER: this team will NEVER be involved in operational tasks such as replying chats or packing parcel!What's your role?To keep it simple: Fully responsible for P&amp;L of the Brand store on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Platform Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok:<ul><li>To negotiate and dealing with online marketplace Key Account Manager (KAM)</li><li>Research and understand marketing trends and consumers' need.</li><li>Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis, and further come out with associated counter action plan.</li><li>Plan and execute for inter-platform marketing effort (banner, shocking sales, bundle deal, keyword ads, listing ranking).</li><li>Plan and execute monthly marketing campaign mechanism (lucky draw, complimentary free gift, voucher etc.).</li><li>Forecast and communicate with Procurement team to ensure consistent stock level and healthy inventory turnover rate.</li><li>Reporting on a timely manner to the Management on store performance and post mortem of marketing campaign.</li><li>Communicate with Brand Principal on marketing funding and new product development.</li></ul> Digital Marketing:<ul><li>To study, plan and aid in executing Meta (Facebook) CPAS marketing effort.</li><li>To conduct review and post mortem for CPAS performance.  </li></ul>What's the skill required?<ul><li>Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin (as required when communicating with Brand Principal which only able to speak Mandarin).</li><li>Equipped with basic understanding about micro-economics theory (demand, supply and price)</li><li>Strong DATA ANALYTICS skill</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Equipped with P&amp;L mindset</li><li>CREATIVE</li></ul> Who’s there to support you?We have our dedicated in house Graphic Designer team to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for product listing on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok store. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for shipment related issue. We do have Customer Experience team to support in terms of entertaining all customer enquiries and after-sales support.There will also be support from our in-house Digital Marketing team in term of liaising with influencers, setting up CPAS ads etc. You will be involved into, or even take charge in various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings. Benefit Package1.
