Job Summary
You will support the Ecommerce department by accurately fulfilling orders using computer systems, performing labeling, picking, packing, and sorting of products, conducting stock taking, and delivering professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Use computer systems to process and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Perform labeling, picking, packing, and sorting of products to prepare orders for shipment
- Conduct regular stock taking to maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist and support team members within the Ecommerce department to meet daily operational goals
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn to contribute to team success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated approach aligned with the company’s vision for growth
- Higher educational certifications (e.g., Diploma, Degree) are welcomed and may influence pay scale
- Open to both part-time and full-time work arrangements
