Job Description
1. Account Ownership & Commercial Strategy
· Own end-to-end performance of assigned eCommerce accounts (sales, profitability, growth)
· Develop and execute account-level commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
· Drive pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions with strong commercial rationale
· Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions with platform partners
2. Campaign Leadership & Execution
· Lead planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g. GSS, 9.9, 11.11, Payday) as project owner
· Identify growth levers across traffic, conversion, and basket size, and implement optimisation strategies
· Collaborate with platform partners to maximise campaign visibility and returns
3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation
· Analyse key metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, search ranking) to generate actionable insights
· Conduct category, competitor, and gap analysis to identify new growth opportunities
· Translate data into clear action plans and measurable business outcomes
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
· Lead coordination across marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure execution excellence
· Manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure alignment to business priorities
· Mentor and guide junior team members where applicable
5. Operations & Planning
· Oversee forecasting, stock planning, and campaign readiness
· Ensure high-quality product listings, content, and overall customer experience
· Take ownership of operational performance and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or Key Account Management (Singapore market preferred)
Proven track record of owning and growing eCommerce accounts or categories, not just supporting execution
Strong commercial acumen with experience in:
Pricing and promotional strategy
Campaign planning and performance optimisation
Platform dynamics (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, FairPrice Online)
Demonstrated leadership capability, including:
Leading projects or campaigns end-to-end
Managing cross-functional stakeholders
Driving initiatives independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Highly driven, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Working Hours : Mon - Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)
Salary Package : $4000 to $4500 depending on skills and working experiences
