JOB SUMMARY
We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Admin to join our growing family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ecommerce
Assisting with the day-to-day administration of our ecommerce platforms
Processing customer orders and managing inventory
Answering customer inquiries and providing exceptional client support
Maintaining and updating product information on our ecommerce sites
Generating sales reports, assist invoicing, goods return, credit/ debit notes
Handle order fulfillment (including order confirmation, packing, arrange delivery and dispatching)
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to implement new ecommerce initiatives
Support ad hoc sales and general administrative duties
KEY REQUIREMENT
GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
At least 1 year of relevant related working experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Independent yet a strong team player with excellent communication skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
