Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking E-commerce Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is suitable for freshers who are willing to learn and take on both admin and physical tasks such as packaging and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage online orders (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Pack and prepare items for shipment
Assist with inventory and stock handling
Carry and move products when required
Support deliveries or travel for operational tasks
Perform basic admin work (data entry, order updates)
Create and update online listings
Requirements:
No experience required (training provided)
Able to handle packages and perform hands-on tasks
Willing to travel when needed
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Basic smartphone/computer skills
