Description
Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition including prospecting, pitching, and negotiations
Manage onboarding process through to contracting and renewals
Develop and implement promotional strategies with merchants
Account Management Own sales performance and targets for assigned merchants
Act as the main point of contact for merchant relationships
Analyse performance and propose growth strategies (e.g. product expansion, campaigns, partnerships)
Build strong, long-term partnerships with merchants
Business & Operations Conduct performance analysis and support monthly reporting
Resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, logistics, and payments
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business outcomes
Monitor and manage merchant contribution margin (CM) Identify and implement new initiatives to drive revenue growth
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree
Prior experience in account management or business development
