Job Description
Daily Operations and Fulfilment:
- Ensure end-to-end fulfilment of online orders daily, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Support requests for order fulfilment from HQ team on a daily basis.
Logistics Coordination and Service Level Agreement Compliance:
- Coordinate with multiple logistic partners to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and address any logistics issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Manage the timely shipping of orders across all platforms, consistently upholding and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of respective platforms.
Customer Service Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with platforms’ operations and customer service teams to resolve order-related enquiries, shipments, and returns.
- Keep a clean tracking record in eCommerce Google Sheets to ensure Open status issues and resolved within 48 hours.
- Accurately track missing parcels and initiate claims against respective couriers when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
Inventory Management:
- Work with Retail store-in-charge to ensure accurate daily inventory closing.
Other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience with online order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer skills such as data entry and email communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Additional Notes
The working days will be 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend, Off 2 days.
