E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop)

Working Details

• Working Days: Mon – Fri (Willingness to work weekends if required)

• Working Hours: 830am – 6pm

• Working Location: 10 Kranji Crescent & 8 Jalan Kilang Barat, #04-08, Singapore 159351

  • Bi-weekly team huddles will be at Kranji

  • Candidate must be ok to travel to both locations

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok Shop daily operations and live commerce activities

• Source and manage affiliates / creators for TikTok Live sessions

• Coordinate livestream schedules, promotions, and campaign execution

• Monitor livestream and sales performance, and optimize accordingly

• Support content planning, scripting, and campaign coordination

• Track social media trends and competitor activities

• Work closely with internal teams to drive online sales growth

• Optional involvement in hosting TikTok Live sessions

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)

• Min 2 years experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing

• Proven experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, or similar platforms is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance drivers

• Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns

• Strong communication, scripting, and presentation skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Experience with TikTok content creation or livestreams for fashion products

• Basic understanding of e-commerce or online sales

• Internship or project experience in digital marketing or social media
