About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop) to manage TikTok Shop operations, livestream commerce activities, and online sales campaigns.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about social commerce, digital marketing, fashion content, and TikTok-driven sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop & Live Commerce

  • Manage daily TikTok Shop operations and live commerce activities

  • Coordinate livestream schedules, campaigns, and promotional activities

  • Monitor livestream and sales performance and optimize campaigns accordingly

  • Source and manage affiliates, influencers, and creators for TikTok Live sessions

Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Support content planning, scripting, and campaign execution

  • Track social media trends, competitor activities, and performance drivers

  • Work closely with internal teams to drive online sales growth

  • Optional involvement in hosting TikTok Live sessions

Performance & Growth

  • Analyse campaign and sales performance data to improve conversion and engagement

  • Support growth strategies for TikTok Shop and social commerce channels

  • Maintain strong understanding of current social media and e-commerce trends

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:

    • E-commerce

    • Social commerce

    • Digital marketing

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • TikTok Shop

    • TikTok Live

    • Similar social commerce platforms

  • Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs is highly advantageous

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication, scripting, and presentation abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
