🌿 We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist (Freelance)

Build & scale a premium aromatherapy brand online

e38 Aromatherapy is looking for a Freelance E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces. If you are data-driven, hands-on, and passionate about wellness, natural products, and digital growth — we’d love to work with you.

Your Role

1. Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (product listing, pricing, inventory, promotions)


2. Optimize product titles, descriptions, visuals & SEO keywords
   


3. Plan and execute campaigns, vouchers, bundles & platform promotions.
   


4. Monitor sales performance, conversion rates & ROAS.
   


5. Coordinate with marketing for TikTok / social commerce content.
   


6. Handle platform backend operations (orders, fulfilment flow, reviews, ratings).


7. Propose growth strategies to scale online revenue sustainably.
   

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Seller / Others.
  


• Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics & platform algorithms.
  


• Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG or lifestyle products (advantage)


• Self-driven, independent, results-oriented.


• Comfortable working on a freelance / project basis
