The Opportunity
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in driving online sales performance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and elevating customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. This position supports both B2C and corporate sales programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and commercial results.
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, content quality, and inventory availability
Coordinate closely with order fulfilment and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
Execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value
Plan and support offline marketing activities, including roadshows and promotional events
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds, ensuring a consistently positive brand experience
Manage the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme (CEPP), including account onboarding, database management, and programme expansion
Reconcile e-commerce transactions and collaborate with Finance to resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies
Track and manage marketing budgets and campaign funds with proper documentation and governance
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, KPIs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare regular performance reports on sales results, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics for internal stakeholders
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital commerce roles
Experience managing major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, or Shopee
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
Excellent time and project management abilities, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal teams and external partners
