E-commerce, Senior Executive (Fashion | Luxury Retail) DT

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Senior E-Commerce Executive to oversee daily e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms and marketplaces. This role requires someone who is operationally strong, commercially aware, and capable of managing online retail activities independently.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion and luxury retail, and be confident working closely with the founder in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

• Create, update, and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns

• Monitor website and marketplace performance to ensure smooth customer experience and platform functionality

• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and operations to support online sales initiatives

• Analyse sales performance, campaign results, and customer behaviour to drive improvements

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly

• Ensure accurate inventory synchronisation and stock availability across all platforms

• Support seasonal campaigns, new launches, and online promotional activities

• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide support during urgent situations when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or online retail operations

• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop

• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Passion for fashion, especially luxury fashion and premium retail brands

• Mature, resourceful, and confident in working directly with the founder
