E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive

📌 Job Title: Ecommerce Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the sales and product listing of fresh produce on e-commerce platforms (vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, etc.)

- Respond to online customer enquiries (via WeChat / platform customer service) and help close orders

- Assist with order processing, picking, packing, and coordination of deliveries

- Coordinate with offline fresh produce markets to verify inventory and product details

- Assist with simple product photography, short videos, or organizing product information (training provided, no experience required).

Job Requirements:

- Interest in e-commerce and the fresh produce industry

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable

- Prior experience in e-commerce, fresh produce, or customer service is an advantage

- Experience in the fresh food / ingredients industry is a plus

- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

- Familiarity with platforms such as H5, Xiaohongshu, Tangrenjie, and Grab

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday:

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: $1,800

Commission: Attractive opportunities available, with potential to earn up to $10,000 (details shared during interview for high performers)
