Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and profitability.

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth site performance, strong conversion rates, and an excellent user experience.

• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to enhance product listings, content, and website functionality.

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, translating data insights into actionable improvements.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve e-commerce operations and efficiency.

• Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Lead and support the e-commerce team, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related fields.

• Experience in Electronics or Fashion preferred (no FMCG).

• Strong experience in E-commerce or Sales Management
