Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of JOEI’s e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce
- Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, promotions, and launches.
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and after-sales processes.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a premium, seamless shopping experience.
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and care.
- Develop loyalty initiatives and retention strategies aligned with the brand.
- Support social media commerce initiatives (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Assist with email marketing, CRM flows, and customer segmentation
- Ensure all online touchpoints reflect JOEI’s brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling
- Work with creative teams on product presentation, copy, and merchandising layout
- Maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or online brand management (fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail operations, and digital sales funnels
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
- Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, hands-on startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Phototaking skills preferred
