E-commerce Packer (Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a part-time E-commerce Packer during Christmas Season to join our team at Snackleft Pte Ltd (Brand Name : Snackright) in the Kallang Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of our high-quality products.

The Job only requires to work 2 days a week during Christmas Season (from 8th of December to 26th of December)

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving and processing incoming orders from our e-commerce platform

2. Carefully selecting, packing and labelling products to meet customer requirements

3. Maintaining inventory levels and organization of the packing area

4. Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment

5. Adhering to quality control standards and business procedures

6. Providing excellent customer service by addressing any order-related inquiries

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a packing, warehousing or logistics role, preferably in an e-commerce environment

2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

4. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

5. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays
