Part-Time E-commerce & Operations Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support Urbanware’s day-to-day online business operations. This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates, or individuals seeking flexible work exposure in e-commerce and operations.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing and updating product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, handling customer enquiries for both B2C and B2B customers, assisting with basic B2B quotations, and supporting daily platform operations to ensure KPIs are met. You will also help monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment with internal teams, and provide administrative and ad-hoc operational support when required.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Able to commit at least 3 days per week
Comfortable with computer tools and e-commerce platforms
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Prior e-commerce or customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
