E-commerce Operations

• Create and manage product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g. product images, descriptions, pricing, promotions)

• Ensure platforms are well-maintained and updated to meet sales and operational KPIs

• Support daily platform operations including order processing and basic troubleshooting

Customer Support (B2C & B2B)

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms, email, and messaging channels

• Handle both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) customer queries in a professional manner

B2B Support

• Assist with preparing and following up on simple quotations for B2B clients

• Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment and requirements

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels across platforms

• Coordinate with store or warehouse teams to arrange restocking when inventory is low

Administrative & Ad-hoc Support

• Handle administrative tasks related to operations

• Support ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth business operations
