E-commerce Operations Executive — Shopee, Lazada & Shopify

Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels across Shopee, Lazada and Shopify. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable managing product listings, promotions, inventory, order fulfilment, customer experience and sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms.
As the company’s management team and some suppliers communicate mainly in Mandarin, the candidate should be comfortable using Mandarin for daily work communication. Basic English reading and writing skills are also required for platform operations, product content, customer messages and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations across Shopee, Lazada and Shopify.
Create, update and optimise product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations and inventory.
Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, including vouchers, bundle deals, flash sales, platform campaigns, new product launches and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with Shopee and Lazada platform teams on campaign submissions, visibility opportunities, ads and store performance.
Maintain and update the Shopify website, including product pages, collections, promotional banners and basic SEO improvements.
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, including GMV, orders, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, stock availability, returns and advertising results.
Analyse sales data, customer feedback and competitor activities to recommend improvements in pricing, product mix, promotions and inventory planning.
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, customer service, procurement, design and supplier teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and accurate inventory.
Handle customer enquiries, reviews, returns and after-sales issues to improve customer satisfaction and store ratings.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking management and suppliers on product information, pricing, stock availability and promotion plans.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
Experience with Shopee, Lazada and/or Shopify is strongly preferred.
Familiar with product listing, campaign setup, store operations, inventory management and order fulfilment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms and SKUs.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking management, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Basic to good English reading and writing skills are required for platform operations, product content, customer communication and daily coordination.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, beauty, health supplements, food, home & living or lifestyle products is a plus.
Knowledge of Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Google Analytics or Shopify apps is an advantage.
