Job Purpose
Ensuring smooth operations across various departments, particularly Estore trade-in programme
Roles & Responsibilities
- Trade-In Program Management: Oversee daily operations of the trade-in program, ensuring seamless processing from initiation to completion.
- Data Compilation & Analysis: Gather and consolidate files from multiple sources; clean and analyze basic datasets to extract insights and trends related to trade-in performance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, warehouse, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of trade-in campaigns and timely issue resolution.
- Operational Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to track program KPIs and operational metrics.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for more efficient trade-in workflows. ·
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records, SOPs, and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal policies and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline
- Min 2 - 3 years experience in ecommerce operations or simiar coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint (visualizing basic data and presentations)
- Comfortable working with and interpreting datasets
Other Information
- Salary up to $5500, dependent on experience
- Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang
- Please note that this is a 1-year contract
- Availability to start immediately is a plus
