E-Commerce Operations Associate

• Salary up to $3,600 + AWS + Variable bonus

• 1 year renewable/convertible contract

We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our online sales channel platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys coordinating operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory reviews and updates across online sales channels.

• Assist the Assistant Manager in keeping online content relevant, including promotions, banners, and price updates.

• Process online orders and oversee staff assisting with order fulfilment to ensure timely shipments.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and maintain strong customer relations on online platforms.

• Support inventory replenishment.

• Replenish stationery and packing supplies for daily operations.

• Prepare performance reports for online channels.

• Assist with routine stock takes and cycle counts of retail items across various locations.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations / e-commerce preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with online platforms, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
