Order Processing&Fulfillment
Process customer orders daily with exceptional accuracy, ensuring all details (shipping method, address, quantity) are correct before fulfillment.
Generate and organize shipping labels and necessary documentation.
Patiently follow up on delayed or pending orders and update the system accordingly.
😉 After-Sales Service & Issue Resolution
Happily handle customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, and order status updates via email or internal system.
Respectfully communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve minor delivery or order discrepancies.
Carefully handle parcel post and returns, ensuring no lost or damage parcels.
Accurately input and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and initiate refunds.
Inventory & Data Management
Maintain the accuracy of warehouse inventory data, performing data entry tasks related to goods received and shipped.
Assist in periodic inventory stocktakes and reconcile system counts with physical counts.
Organize digital and physical filing systems for inventory logs and shipping documentation.
