About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our daily operations.
This is a varied support role covering customer service, online order fulfilment, parcel packing, inventory and warehouse management, as well as general operational and administrative duties.
You will be suitable for this role if you enjoy practical work, communicate well with customers and are comfortable handling both computer-based and physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support the company’s daily e-commerce and operational activities.
Respond to customer enquiries through e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Assist customers with product enquiries, order status, deliveries, returns, exchanges and refunds.
Process and monitor daily online orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Pick, check, pack and prepare parcels for courier collection or delivery.
Coordinate with couriers, suppliers and internal teams on deliveries, collections and operational matters.
Receive, inspect, label and organise incoming stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Monitor low-stock, damaged, returned, slow-moving and short-expiry products.
Apply first-expiry-first-out practices when arranging and picking stock.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
Prepare stock and materials for promotions, livestreams, roadshows and other business activities.
Maintain proper operational and inventory records.
Assist with reports, filing, data entry and general administrative duties.
Identify operational issues and follow through until they are resolved.
Perform other related operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on operational work.
Able to work independently and manage daily priorities.
Working Schedule
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm
