Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for establishing the company’s international e-commerce sales system. Formulate and execute online sales strategies in alignment with overall corporate development goals to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Integrate internal and external resources efficiently. Possess strong market sensitivity, product planning capabilities and online market research skills, including competitor analysis. Develop medium-to-long-term product roadmaps and budget plans tailored to the brand and company positioning. Expand and optimize online sales channels, manage operational activities across e-commerce platforms, official websites and social media channels, and continuously improve market share across all channels.
3. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on and off platform, and manage the design and delivery of online promotional content.
4. Manage product stocking, logistics, inventory levels and inventory turnover for all online SKUs, effectively controlling inventory risks and operational costs.
5. Analyze cross-border e-commerce market trends, competitor dynamics and internal operational data, and provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for overall e-commerce business planning.
6. Manage sales budgets, conduct regular market research, monitor competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies dynamically to sustain competitive advantages.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Minimum 8 years of e-commerce operation experience, including at least 5 years of team management experience as an e-commerce department lead. Proven cross-border operation management experience with outstanding sales track records. Experience with well-known internet or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in online sales techniques and channel management. Experienced in formulating and executing effective sales plans. Familiar with major cross-border platforms including Amazon and eBay. FMCG industry experience is a strong plus.
4. Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to drive sales strategies and business decisions through data insights. Possess in-depth understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, and adjust strategies promptly in response to market changes. Have solid industry knowledge of the F&B and FMCG sector, capable of formulating professional international e-commerce development strategies for the brand.
5. Excellent innovation, execution and leadership skills. Result-oriented, team-spirited, highly responsible, self-motivated and able to work efficiently under high pressure.
