E-Commerce Merchandising Exec [ 1 year convertible, Jookoon]

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable / convertible)
Salary Range: up to $4500 (Depending on experience)
Working Location: 1 minute from JooKoon MRT, right beside MRT
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Benefits: 1-month completion bonus  

Job scope

1. Consolidate campaign briefs, product details, and visual assets from product, marketing, and other internal teams.

2. Ensure all submitted materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time to the platform operations team.

3. Maintain tracking tools to monitor timelines, version control, and delivery status for merchandising initiatives.

4. Brief in-house designers on banner requirements, including new creative requests, adaptations, and resizing needs.

5. Ensure creative briefs are clear, aligned with campaign objectives, and submitted within required timelines.

6. Coordinate feedback loops and approvals between designers and stakeholders for timely, on-brand visual delivery.

7. Adhere to internal workflows and timelines, identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving submission gaps.

8. Conduct basic quality checks on visuals and copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.

9. Support cross-functional teams in daily content updates, campaign launches, and maintaining a seamless customer journey.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform operations is preferred

• Familiarity with operating systems, along with basic Microsoft Office and G-Suite skills (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
