Job Description
E-Commerce Growth: Own and optimize the online customer journey—from acquisition
to conversion to achieve revenue and performance targets
Marketing Strategy & Performance: Plan and execute digital marketing across paid ads,
email, CRM, SEO, and social media. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion
rate, and retention, and identify opportunities to improve overall funnel performance
Partnerships & Pop-Up Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of pop-up
retail events, including coordination with partners, vendors, and internal teams. Also
identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, personalities, communities, and
platforms to drive awareness and footfall for pop-ups and seasonal campaigns
Content & Brand Execution: Work closely with the creative team to guide messaging,
storytelling, and campaign direction with marketing goals in mind
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, product development and retail
teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
Market & Consumer Insights: Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and
competitor strategies to inform strategic decisions
