Role Summary

This specialist ensures the smooth day-to-day operation and promotional execution across key third-party e-commerce marketplaces to maximise Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Operations: Manage all back-end functions and daily health checks for Lazada and TikTok Seller Centre (for all four brands) and conduct basic management for Amazon SG.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and launch all platform-specific campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and competitive pricing.

  • Stock Management: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are accurate and communicate Fulfilment by Shopee (FBS) requirements.

  • Retail Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for operational matters concerning physical retailers (Watsons, BHG, Al Barakah).

  • Reporting: Compile and submit dedicated monthly performance reports for all managed marketplaces.


Requirements & Experience

  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce Seller Centres and back-end campaign mechanics.

  • Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales tracking and forecasting support.

  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on operational experience managing third-party e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon).

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail or CPG environment is beneficial.
