Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website). Your goal is to drive traffic, optimize product listings, and convert aquarium hobbyists into loyal online customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace & Website Management
Listing Optimization: Create and maintain high-quality product listings (titles, descriptions, and specs) for aquatic dry goods and plants.
Pricing & Promotions: Set up flash sales, vouchers, and campaign participations (e.g., 11.11, 25th Payday sales) on Shopee/Lazada.
Inventory Sync: Ensure online stock levels accurately reflect our warehouse availability to prevent overselling.
2. Digital Content & Social Media
Visual Marketing: Take clear photos and short videos of new arrivals (especially new aquascaping gear or rare plants) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Copywriting: Write engaging, informative captions that educate hobbyists on how to use our products.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages on social media to build brand trust.
3. Customer Experience (Online)
Chat Support: Handle technical pre-sales inquiries via platform chat (e.g., "Is this filter quiet enough for a bedroom?").
Review Management: Encourage and respond to customer reviews to maintain a high shop rating.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in E-commerce management (experience with Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers is a must).
Skills: Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut) for social media content.
Knowledge: A basic interest in fishkeeping or aquascaping is a huge plus—it helps you write better descriptions!
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple platform deadlines.
Work location: Yishun (Nearest MRT at Canberra)
Working hours: Mon to Fri (9.00am to 6.00pm) & Sat (9.00am to 1.00pm)
