E-Commerce Manager (Shopee, Livestream & Digital Marketing)

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with strong Shopee, livestream, and digital marketing experience to lead and grow our online business across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, performance-driven, and experienced in managing marketplace campaigns, KOL collaborations, and livestream operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.

  • Plan and execute mega campaigns including 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12.

  • Manage Shopee Ads, platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate and manage livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok platforms.

  • Work with KOLs, affiliates, livestreamers, and content creators to drive brand awareness and sales.

  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies.

  • Track livestream and KOL campaign performance, ROI, GMV, and conversion rates.

  • Oversee product listings, SEO optimization, pricing, and campaign visibility.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including marketing, design, warehouse, and operations.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and sales growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center and Shopee Ads.

  • Experience managing Shopee Live, TikTok Live, or livestream operations.

  • Familiar with KOL marketing, affiliate campaigns, and influencer coordination.

  • Good understanding of marketplace backend operations and campaign setup.

  • Experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak campaign periods when required.

  • Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or consumer products is an advantage.
